Monticello borrows its neoclassical facade from Jeffersonian Architecture, from its cornice treatments to the drive-in porte-cochère, to the name of this singular tower in the center of Santo Domingo.

Each unit is equipped with 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a study, living room and separate dining area; all this finished up with a large kitchen along with service quarters. The entry space opens up to the balcony in a classic spatial distribution which lends its characteristics with the buildings exterior.
